James Tang is a real estate professional with a civil engineering background and deep local development experience. Guided by the principle “convince myself before convincing others,” he brings a practical, analytical approach rooted in hands-on work and long-standing community ties.
After earning a Civil Engineering degree at UBC and completing a co-op in Hong Kong focused on city planning and road development, he returned to Vancouver to work on local construction projects. With a family connection to real estate dating back to the 1990s, he shifted his focus to helping clients buy and sell property with an investor’s mindset.
